Under the hood
The engine behind every suggestion.
Joura runs on the Attunement Engine, a deterministic, on-device behavioral-inference core. Deterministic means the same history and the same moment always give the same answer. The engine parses every logged moment, typos and all, into a structured behavioral taxonomy that captures what happened and what set it off, along with the context around it. It retrieves comparable events from up to 18 months of your child's own history. Then it ranks strategies with Bayesian shrinkage weighted by context, recency, and real outcomes. A strategy that seemed to work at the peak of a meltdown gets less credit, because your kid might have been about to calm down anyway. Over time, it converges on what works for your specific kid.
Each suggestion carries an outcome-based confidence level and a full provenance trace of the evidence behind it. Every moment you log is safety-screened before the engine runs, and your child's history is stored in an AES-256 encrypted database on your phone.
What that means for you.
Mid-tantrum, you get one thing to try, picked for your kid and for what's happening right now. What helps when they're overtired isn't always what helps when you're running late. Joura keeps track of the difference. Your kid's patterns fill in a little more each time you tell it how things went, and it'll let you know whether an idea is still new for them or already has a track record. The engine does all of that on your phone, and your notes stay there unless you choose to send one.
