Questions parents ask first

Is it really free?

Yes. You get the PDF right away and a copy in your inbox. There's nothing to buy and no card to enter.

What ages is it for?

Kids about 2 to 6. Where a move only fits older kids, the playbook says so next to it (for example, "age 3+").

Where does the advice come from?

From the Joura app's library of parenting moves. Each one is written from published guidance by bodies like Raising Children Network, NHS and CDC, and the sources page lists the exact pages so you can read them yourself.

What will you email me?

The playbook first. Then, if you agreed to them, a few short notes over the first week and one tip a week after that. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Is this medical advice?

No. It's general parenting support. If you're worried about your child's health, development or safety, talk to your child's doctor.
